Our Breakfast Smoothie (the name kind of gives it away!) is perfect to drink at breakfast time, this is because the oats are slow releasing, giving you sustained energy throughout the morning.

Need a mid-morning hit? Opt for our Kale Kick for a green nutrient rich morning drink!

Our Broccoli and the Beast is a great choice for pre and post workout, fueling before a gym work out can give you that extra boost to exercise as hard as you can, the banana will provide energy and along with pineapple are high GI fruits and help drive nutrients into the muscle for recovery after your workout.

The ginger in our Detox-Zing is perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, the carrot and courgette are great sources of fibre too!


Alternative Uses

Protein Pancakes

Blitz our breakfast smoothie until fine, add 3 free range eggs, 1 ripe banana, 100g greek yoghurt, 1/2 tsp baking powder and your favourite milk to reach the desired consistency, cook in a frying pan with coconut oil. Yum!

Stock

Bone Broth can be the perfect stock - try adding our beef bone broth to your Spag Bol, or chicken bone broth to your chicken curry- it doesn’t have to stop there, the possibilities are endless!

Coulis

Why not try Berry Go Round for the ultimate coulis for your cheesecake or eton mess

Fro-yo

Try blending our Strawberry Split (or any of our other fruit smoothies) with greek yoghurt and a touch of honey (and a splash of milk) for a delicious frozen yoghurt

Bellini

For our take on a bellini, blend a sachet of Pash n Shoot as normal with 200ml apple juice, divide between 8 glasses and top up with your favourite champagne or prosecco

Berries & White Chocolate Sauce

Heat 250ml double cream until piping, take off the heat and add 100g good quality white chocolate, stir until melted. Pour over our Berry Go Round and serve immediately
